  Archive and Re-enable User Profiles

Managing users on your platform is an important task, especially when handling those who are no longer active. Our Archive feature is a valuable tool that allows you to disable inactive users and re-enable them when necessary. In this guide, we'll take you through a step-by-step journey on deactivating and reactivating accounts, ensuring you have a clear understanding of the process

To view all users in the platform navigate to Admin Users. This can be found on the side menu bar underneath Admin Settings.

Choose the user profile you wish to archive or re-enable by ticking the checkbox next to their name on the left-hand side. If you need to manage multiple users simultaneously, feel free to select them on the same page. Once your selections are made, head to the top row and click on the action menu to proceed.

After opening the action menu, a dropdown list will appear, allowing you to choose the desired action. To disable selected active accounts, click "Archive User(s)." To activate archived accounts, click "Enable User(s)" and ensure the correctness of the fields by reviewing the profile.

Explore additional actions in this section:

  • To send a welcome/password email to the desired user(s), click "Send Welcome Email"
  • Perform an export of all user accounts by clicking "Download To CSV"
