My Optional Courses

OPTIONAL COURSES 

Optional Courses is a course catalogue which allows you to register for any additional courseware that is not part of your mandatory/allocated training.

1. To view the available courses, navigate to OPTIONAL LEARNING via the side navigation page.
2. Filter and search the available optional courses in the same manner that you would in your MY COURSES page (using the search and sort fields if required)
3. Click on the desired COURSE TITLE
4. Click REGISTER to express interest. If Admin Approval is not required, the course will automatically move to your MY COURSES page, with a label of “Optional”. If approval is required, the status will update to PENDING APPROVAL accordingly. Once an administrator approves, you will receive a notification, and then the course will be visible in MY COURSES.
5. Once approved, you will receive a notification. The course will also move from the OPTIONAL LEARNING page, to the MY COURSES page for the learner. It will have a label of OPTIONAL.
