MY PROFILE

Your profile page provides you with high level summaries of key learning areas within Learnt. To access your profile, click on the MY PROFILE link in the side navigation menu after logging in.

Avatars

You have the capability to upload a profile image by clicking on the avatar icon at the top of the page, next to your name.

Widgets

The widget tiles visible in the profile provide snapshots of completion versus allocation. Specifically:

• Total Completion: Displays the number of courses you have completed versus the number of courses allocated to you as a percentage.
• To Complete: Highlights the number of outstanding courses that still require completion.
• My Resources: Lists the total number of resources that have been allocated to you in the MY RESOURCES page.
• Reward Points: Calculates the total number of points (minus any redeemed points) that you have earned in Learnt. This widget will only be visible if the Rewards functionality has been enabled at an organizational level.
• Heat Map: Illustrates your activity across the year based on which type of course activities you have completed.

Tabulated Data

Your profile also consists of a few tables subject to the content that is available to you:

• Courses to Complete: A listing of all outstanding courses that are either allocated to you, or that you have registered for.
• My Completed Courses: Courses that have been completed by you. If these courses have certificates attached to them, you will also be able to download them via a link within this table.
• Bundle Courses to Complete: A listing of all outstanding Bundles that are allocated to you.
• Reward Points Earned: Lists the content that was completed to earn reward points, and the value earned for each course/resource (this will be visible only if Rewards are enabled).
• Redeemed Points History: Lists the times that you have redeemed points that you had previously earned (this will be visible only if Rewards are enabled).
