PASSWORD RESET
- To reset a password, you must navigate to the login screen.
- Click on the FORGOT PASSWORD? Button
- Enter the email address that is registered to your account and click RESET MY PASSWORD.
- Check your email address for a password reset email. Be sure to also check any spam/junk folders if you cannot see it within a couple of minutes.
- Once the email is received, click the RESET PASSWORD link within the email. This will navigate you to a new page where you can set a new password (note that some organisations may have different password complexity requirements, which will be displayed on screen).
- Enter a new password in the “New Password” field and click CHANGE MY PASSWORD (note that some organizations may have different password complexity requirements, which will be displayed on screen).
- You will receive a success message and be navigated back to the login page, where you can enter your new login credentials.
