Reporting is a critical tool for administrators. Effective reporting is essential for tracking progress, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions. Whether you're monitoring learner engagement, analysing course performance, or reviewing user activity, having quick access to key reports helps you optimise training outcomes.

You can easily access key insights with all reports consolidated under the Reporting menu.

Below is a detailed breakdown of the available reports and their functions, providing insights into training performance, learner engagement, and progress tracking.

DASHBOARD πŸ“Š

The Dashboard provides a high-level overview of training performance, learner engagement, and progress tracking. It is divided into key sections that offer insights into course completions, learning pathways, and user behaviour.

Accessing the Dashboard

  1. Go to Admin in the main navigation.
  2. Click Reporting from the menu.
  3. Select Dashboard under Reporting.

Understanding the Dashboard Sections

Completion Highlights

This section provides an overview of learner progress and course completion rates:

  • Course Completions – Displays the total number of courses completed.
  • Average Learner Progress – Sum of progress for all active enrollments.
  • Completion KPI – Percentage of learners meeting defined criteria.
  • Exception Highlight – Identifies learners below the required threshold.
  • Progress Summary – Provides a breakdown of course numbers and percentages.

Pathway Highlights

This section tracks the status of structured learning pathways:

  • Active Learning Pathways Completed – Number of learners who have completed pathways.
  • Learning Pathways Overdue – Highlights overdue pathways.
  • Learning Pathways Overdue Within 'X' Days – Tracks overdue pathways in a timeframe.

Course & Activity Performance

This section evaluates course and activity engagement:

  • Top 20 Courses & Activities – Highest-performing courses/activities.
  • Bottom 20 Courses & Activities – Lowest engagement courses/activities.

The date range can be adjusted via the calendar icon.

To view more details, click VIEW MORE under Top 20 or Bottom 20, leading to the Course Overview or Activity Overview tab.

User Behaviour

This section provides insights into learner interaction with the platform, helping administrators assess engagement and usage trends:

  • Avg Time (Minutes) – Average session time within a date range.
  • Active Users – Number of learners who logged in during the selected period.
  • User Engagement (%) – Active users divided by total enabled users.

Achievements

The Achievements Highlights section provides quick insights into key gamification statistics.

Widgets Overview:

  • Certificates: Displays total certificates generated within a selected period.
  • Badges: Highlights total badges earned within a selected period.

These widgets offer a concise summary of learner engagement and accomplishments, supporting effective monitoring and decision-making.

TRAINING PROGRESS 🎯

The Training Progress report provides detailed insights into learner performance, course completion, and activity engagement.

Accessing Training Progress

  1. Go to Admin in the main navigation.
  2. Click Reporting from the menu.
  3. Under Reporting, select Training Progress.

Training Progress Report has three fixed levels: Learner, Course Progress, and Activity Progress.

Learner Report

Provides a comprehensive overview of each active learner on the platform, including overall course progress percentage.

  • Learner Dashboard: Key metrics (Average Learner Progress, etc.).
  • Filtering Options: Filter by user, division, roles, location, etc.
  • Exporting Reports: Click Export Report for a CSV.

Quick Tip: Click a learner’s name to view their Course Progress Report.

Course Progress Report

Provides a detailed view of all courses assigned to learners, tracking progress and completion.

  • Course Progress Dashboard: Displays Completion Rate, Completed Courses, etc.
  • Filtering Options: Refine by learner name, course status, permission status, etc.
  • Exporting Reports: Click Export Report for a CSV.

Quick Tip: Click on a learner’s course to see their Activity Progress Report.

Activity Progress Report

A comprehensive breakdown of activities within courses, offering insights into engagement at the activity level.

BUNDLES πŸ“¦

The Bundles report provides insights into learner engagement and progress within bundled courses. It follows a similar format to Training Progress, but only for courses where "is Bundle" is enabled.

Accessing the Bundles Report

  1. Go to Admin in the main navigation.
  2. Click Reporting from the menu.
  3. Under Reporting, select Bundles.

The Bundles report follows the same format and functionality as Training Progress, with the key distinction that it exclusively reports on courses classified as Bundles.

COURSE OVERVIEW πŸ“–

The Course Overview report provides valuable insights into the status of courses within the system. It’s essential for monitoring progress, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions.

Accessing the Course Overview Report

There are two ways to access this report:

  1. Through Admin Reporting:
    • Go to Admin in the main navigation.
    • Click Reporting from the menu.
    • Under Reporting, select Course Overview.
  2. Through the Reporting Dashboard:
    • Navigate to the Reporting Dashboard.
    • Click the VIEW MORE button under Course Performance.

Key Metrics Overview

The Course Overview dashboard displays essential metrics:

  • Completion Rate – Percentage of completed vs. total assigned.
  • Completed Courses – Total fully completed courses.
  • In Progress Courses – Courses started but not completed.
  • Not Started Courses – Assigned courses not accessed yet.

The Course Overview Report is displayed in a tabular format, showing course title, enrolments, completions, etc.

Export Report: Click EXPORT REPORT to download a file.

The Activity Overview report provides insights into individual activities, focusing on learner engagement, progress, and trends.

Accessing the Activity Overview Report

There are two ways to access this report:

  1. Through Admin Reporting:
    • Go to Admin in the main navigation.
    • Click Reporting from the menu.
    • Under Reporting, select Activity Overview.
  2. Through the Reporting Dashboard:
    • Navigate to the Reporting Dashboard.
    • Click the VIEW MORE button under Activity Performance.

Key Metrics Overview

The Activity Overview dashboard presents essential metrics:

  • Completion Rate – Percentage of completed activities vs. total assigned.
  • Completed Activities – Total successfully completed activities.
  • In Progress Activities – Started but not completed.
  • Not Started Activities – Assigned but not accessed yet.

The Activity Overview Report is displayed in a tabular format. Click EXPORT REPORT to download for offline analysis.

USER BEHAVIOUR πŸ‘₯

The User Behaviour report provides insights into how learners interact with the platform, tracking engagement trends and session durations.

Accessing the User Behaviour Report

  1. Navigate to Admin Reporting
    • Go to Admin in the main navigation.
    • Click Reporting from the menu.
    • Under Reporting, select User Behaviour.
  2. Login (If Required)
    • A new window will open. If prompted, log in with the same credentials.
  3. Select the Data View
    • Time Spent – Tracks total time on the platform.
    • User Sessions – Monitors how many times learners have logged in.

  • Tenant – The platform/business name.
  • Team – Filter data by specific teams.
  • Display As – Daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly.
  • Date Range – Specify timeframe for data retrieval.
  • Search By – Search for specific learners/data points.

The report appears in a tabular format. If Time Spent is selected, you can drill down by clicking a title to view more details. Click Export for further analysis.

REWARDS πŸ†

The Rewards report provides insights into reward-based learning achievements, including points and badges. This helps track engagement with the rewards system and analyse trends.

Accessing the Rewards Report

  1. Go to Admin in the main navigation.
  2. Click Reporting from the menu.
  3. Under Reporting, select Rewards.

The Rewards report is divided into three key sections:

  • User Rewards – Lists learners with total reward points/badges.
  • Points Breakdown – Detailed breakdown of earned and used points.
  • User Redeemed Points – Shows how learners use their earned rewards.

Click EXPORT REPORT to download for further analysis.

By leveraging the Rewards report, administrators can track learner motivation and refine incentive programs.

Accessing the Pathways Report

  1. Go to Admin in the main navigation.
  2. Click Reporting from the menu.
  3. Under Reporting, select Rewards.

The Pathways report consists of multiple sections, each providing detailed insights into different aspects of pathway progress:

  • Pathways Details Report – Overview of all pathways.
  • Learners Details Report – Learner-specific engagement in pathways.
  • Courses in Pathways Report – Completion rates in pathways.
  • Activities in Pathways Report – Tracks individual activities.

Click EXPORT REPORT to download for further analysis.

By utilising the Pathways Report, administrators can keep learners on track, identify areas needing intervention, and optimise learning journeys.
