šŸ… Top Learners and Performers Leaderboard

Top Learners Leaderboard

What it shows:
The Top Learners widget highlights individuals who have achieved the highest completion rates across their assigned learning. These are displayed as percentages alongside the learner’s name.

Top Learners Widget Example

How it’s filtered:
This widget is filtered based on a specific profile field—such as store, position, or team—defined by the administrator. This means learners will only see top performers within their own group, not the entire organisation.

For example:

  • If the filter is set to ā€œStoreā€, each learner will see a leaderboard showing only users in the same store.
  • If set to ā€œStateā€, it will show only the highest achievers in that State.

For Students:
You can use this widget to track your standing compared to peers in your group. It’s a great motivational tool to see where you rank and set goals for improvement.

Top Performers Leaderboard

What it shows:
The Top Performers widget displays performance data by group rather than individuals. It would show the average progress completion of all learners in a particular store, team, or state.

Top Performers Widget Example

How it’s filtered:
The grouping is also set by the admin and can align with any profile field used in the platform, such as store, state, department, team, etc.

All learners will see the same list of top-performing groups based on this setting.

For Students:
It helps you understand how your team or group compares to others across the organisation.

šŸ“ˆ Completion Data Widget

The Completion Data widget provides learners with a personal overview of their training progress, right from the homepage. It presents a clear, visual breakdown of assigned training by showing how much is Completed, In Progress, or Not Yet Started.

This widget is visible only to the individual user viewing it. Learners will see only their own progress data, helping them stay focused and informed about their learning journey.

What it shows:
The progress bar is broken into three colour-coded sections:
