Recognising Learner Achievements
Elevate your team's accomplishments effortlessly with our innovative certificate generation feature. In this user-friendly guide, we'll take you through the straightforward process of setting up this tool. While the design remains constant, the dynamic data adjustment ensures that each certificate is a unique celebration of individual learners and their achievements. Recognising and celebrating success not only boosts morale but also fosters a culture of continuous improvement, making the learning journey more fulfilling and motivating for everyone involved.
Navigate to Admin Certificates on the side navigation menu under Admin → Admin Certificates. Please note that if you cannot see the menu item, please contact Learnt Support, and we will be able to assist in turning on this feature.
You will then land on the page housing all of your certificate templates. From here, you can proceed to create individual templates for each team, providing the option to use different formats tailored to distinct business units.
To upload and create a certificate, you will need to complete the following steps:
- Select your team: Choose the specific team to which you intend to apply this certificate; align it with the corresponding team in the learner's profile field. Keep in mind that each team can have only one certificate, customised through dynamic fields to accurately represent the diverse range of courses.
- Upload your template: Create your certificate template, ensuring it is in A4 size. For optimal compatibility, save the file in either JPEG or PNG format, with a maximum file size of 100MB. Once your template is ready, proceed to upload it.
- Add Placeholders: Simply drag and drop the necessary placeholders onto the designated areas of your template. Once you've arranged them to your satisfaction, click on SAVE to keep your changes.
Click on the course name to open the course settings.
Once the course is open, check the 'HAS CERTIFICATE' checkbox, then proceed to click on 'SAVE AND PUBLISH.' If you're setting up a new course, follow through with the remaining steps accordingly. You can find these steps in our 'How to Create a Course' help article.
