 What is the Page Builder?

As a Learnt LMS Administrator you can now use AI to assist you in creation of new content or edit existing content, whilst building the content.

Below is a step-by-step guide.

Creating a page

  • Navigate to ADMIN RESOURCES
  • Click ADD NEW RESOURCE. Enter the title and required information.
  • Under the RESOURCE TYPE section, click “Build a page”
  • Click on the button that appears - “CREATE PAGE”. This will direct you to a new tab.


  • Click on assistant button in the bottom right to get started.
    1. To add an empty block, click the BLOCK option
    2. To generate content directly into a new block, click the AI WRITE option

  • If a new block is selected, it will be automatically created and display placeholder text.

  • Double click on the text to bring up the editor options.
  • Modify the text as required
  • The following assets can also be added:
    1. Click on the IMAGE icon to add a link to an image
    2. Click on the PLAY icon to add a link to a video
    3. Click on the RESOURCES button to embed an existing resource within the LMS into the page.
  • Use the block settings to manipulate the background colour of the block as well as the padding (optional).
  • Repeat steps 6-10 to create as many blocks as desired
  • To delete a block, click on the TRASH icon
  • To duplicate a block, click on the COPY icon
  • If AI Write is selected, use the pop-up box to enter a prompt for the AI to generate and return text.

  • If the returned text in unsatisfactory, you can alter your prompt by clicking MODIFY, and repeating the previous step.
  • If you are satisfied with the returned text, or wish to alter it slightly, click INSERT to create a block and input the copy automatically.

  • To use AI to alter existing text within a block, highlight the desired text, click on the helper icon again, and choose the desired option (summarise; rewrite, shorten, simplify, expand).

  • Once complete, click on the BACK TO RESOURCE button in the top right corner. You will be navigated back to the RESOURCE settings page.
  • Complete the remaining resource setting fields if required, and click the SAVE CHANGES button.
  • To add the page as part of a course, follow the course creation/edit steps, and in the resource selector window, the PAGE option will appear.
